Cancellation Policy

Due to high demand, all luxury suite and cat condo reservations require a one (1) night’s advance credit card deposit.  Failure to cancel any reservation with at least seven (7) days notice prior to your scheduled arrival date (including a “no-show”) will result in loss of deposit.

For best availability, it is recommended reservations be made well in advance.  Reservations can be secured in person, over the telephone by calling (770) 475-3455 or by submitting a reservation request using our online form.

We provide animal care around the clock, every day of the year, however, our lobby is closed for arrivals and departures  on these holidays (and thereby require a two-night minimum stay):

Thanksgiving Eve (Lobby Closes at 3 pm)
